Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us before it has been dispatched from our facility.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 5-day return policy. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return:
The item must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetic products or personal care items. Perishable goods are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
